"I totally agree that the persons who can’t speak spanish might feel left out, because I have seen it in front of me, they should definitely have someone in the registers that can communicate, these are paying customers also. The lines makes you want to drop your things and leave, an the dressing rooms at 9:30 in the morning are still unuseable after the store has been opened an hour and a half. Prefer to drive all the way to Kendall for a neat and better experience."
"Always friendly people and great selection of clothes, good prices"
"If this is not the worst Burlington in Miami it is surely one of them. The lines to pay are always endless and there are only two or 3 registers open, you are a fan if you can find the available fitting rooms. I haven't been to this Burlington for months because of the problem with the lines and I found that to enter the bathroom (it should be mentioned that the bathroom is in the back of the store) you need a code and you have to go to the registers that They are in the front to see if they want to give it to you because you can't find anyone on the floor to ask or wait for someone to come out so you can go in. I want to emphasize that I went at 10 in the morning and the store opened at 7 and when I was finally able to enter the bathroom, what I found was disgusting, dirty papers with fecal material on the floor, the floor wet with what was most likely urine and even a used sanitary pad, it was clear that that bathroom was the day They hadn't cleaned it before, it made me so sick that I left there, don't the managers and supervisors see this? Because that is the same bathroom they use"
"This place is insane. The checkout line extended all the way to the back of the store. Several isles showed merchandise very disorganized and thrown about on the floor. I had to leave because I was not willing to wait an hour and a half to pay. There 4 or 5 cash registers open."
"I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but If there were 0 stars that’s what I would put 0. We were waiting in line for almost two hours. They only have 3 cashiers working, I was not able to try the clothes that I wanted to buy on because all the fitting rooms were closed. It’s a Saturday and this Burlington it’s only staffed with 3 cashiers. This is completely disrespectful to everyone who like my has been here for two hours, not even able to try on what we were buying."
