"i just went to this location the other day and i swear it’s such a hassle just to get a simple question answered. i asked this red head girl ( i think her name was Rene or Genesis, i can’t remember) to help me find something and i could just tell she didn’t want to help me, her attitude really bothered me and i didn’t even end up getting what i went for, i hope management doesn’t let all their employees be rude to paying customers"

"After visiting several times and rating it 5 stars here, I had a very bad experience at this store in River Landing 1440 NW N River Dr Miami, FL 33125. My wife and I have visited this store before, and always the clerks matched any price discounts that we found online on the Old Navy app, and even gave us discounts that are advertised online because it won't make sense to order online for pick up at the store to get those if we are already there. But on Oct 25, the manager on duty, Quedine, said they couldn't price match any item with an online discount, although she had matched the price for us about a week ago or so, and another team had done that same thing just 2 days before. Quedine said they can't do that. I asked why they had done so a few days before, and she said that she had done it as a courtesy, but she was not supposed to, and didn't extend me the courtesy again. I had to pay $39.99 for a pair of jeans that online were showing for $34, and $26.99 for a hoodie that was online for $20, and another couple of items that I don't remember but were on discount as well. I tried to buy them online, order pick up at store, and they have her hand those over to me right there, which is absurd, but still, and couldn't do it because the item was "unavailable" in the store, according to the app, although I had it in my hand. Overall this was a very bad experience, I felt unwelcomed, unappreciated and forced to pay full price. Since I can't condition my visits to a store to when I will encounter one team or another, I will not come back to this store ever again. I filed a formal complaint with Old Navy through their customer service department."
