"I bought a beautiful dress but after 5 days I tried to return it because I hadn't worn it. I went to the Doral store and the Manager informed me that she could not give me a refund but could exchange it for another outfit and that for a refund I should go to the original store, which was Dadeland Mall. No problem, I went to Dadeland Mall and guess what? They don't give refunds!!!! So each Garota store has its own criteria according to the manager's mood. I will never buy from this store again. The exchange and refund policy is the biggest joke"

"The lady on the cashier Leidy was extremely rude. I bought a bunch of stuff, the same day I wore one of the skirts and the whole thing unraveled. The very next day we went to the store, and I asked to the person in the register called Leidy to change the skirt because you cannot sell damaged things even if it’s on sale, I asked in a very polite and nice way and she mistreated me, she was the rudest person that I've ever seen on a store, I asked If she was okay and she started screaming at me and being absolutely rude, unpolite and unprofessional. As a customer, I will never go back to this store again nor will I recommend it They should change their personal and also be accountable for the clothing quality."
