"This used to be a great place to shop. My wife needed to use a bathroom so these sales person was going to take her to the bathroom, but the manager of the store stopped her and told her their bathrooms are broken and that she would have to walk a block to use a restaurant's bathroom This is the 2nd time this manager has told us that the bathrooms were broken and you would have to go to the bathroom somewhere else. The 1st time I thought it was For real. The sales people are very nice with a manager on the other hand was mean of noxious and was rude to us and her employees. She should talk about her sales goals and How bad Her employees are are in the back where no one can hear her.. It worked out great, we went across the street to a place called funky lizer the sales lady was nice let my wife used the bathroom, She was great. Good By Chico's Hello funky lizard"

"Had my store call to locate a pair of pants and she found them at the Delray Beach location. All i needed to do was call the store. Just talked to someone named Susan at the store who was so rude and tried to push me off to corporate. she told me to they were so busy and to call back at 8pm. i told her the pants might not be there by 8pm. she essentially told me they werent there or on the hold rack."
