"The manager Audra is amazing. My first time there, she let me in at closing and stayed late to allow me to shop. She was so helpful with sizes and styles, and I love what I purchased with her help. My 2nd visit, the store did not have a blazer in my size. Audra found it online, but was restricted from ordering it from her computer system. She helped me find it on my cell phone, but to order it, I had to leave the store because of poor cell service. It would have been much easier for me if Audra could have ordered it for me while I was shopping. The only disappointing part of my shopping experience was that the sales people could not order the size I needed. Great store and great store manager; would be a much better shopping experience if they could order items for customers online that are not available in the store."

"Horrible management ! Bought a dress for a special event and when I walked out the alarm went off the staff checked it and cleared me. When I went to pack it in suitcase for my trip i saw the security tag still on it ! Since I tried it on and it fit I didn't keep the receipt . I brought the dress back in and asked for them to remove the security device and said I was just in last week . One woman was super sweet apologized and took it off and wrapped it back up . I said I wanted to shop around some more a little bit and then the manager came over . She actually said unless I had receipt I couldn't take the dress out . She said people all the time steal cloths and realize the tag is still on!!!!!! I said are you actually accusing me of stealing this dress only to come back to your store to have the tag removed ???? She said people do it! But then finally she remembered who I was and said ok she can take the dress . I have never felt so violated in my life and falsely accused !!!!! That will def be the last thing I buy there ! Beware ."

"Like the merchandise but the staff is beyond rude. Store was near closing time, and staff told customers not to touch anything, to start heading towards the door, and told one customer that’s why I told you we were closing. Beyond the pale. Coworker blamed it on management policies."

"Horrible experience! I shop at Versona often and have never had a bad experience. Unfortunately, the Delray Beach store ruined that for me. I had purchased a Christmas gift for my daughter from a store in Nashville, TN and was returning it to the Delray Beach store. The manager was extremely rude and told me the company policy was that the tags had to be attached and treated me as though I had stolen the item. Mind you, I had the receipt and tags with the item to return and the receipt clearly stated the return policy which mentioned nothing about the tags being attached. I had traveled 30 minutes out of my way to go to the store for the return and was appalled at the managers poor attitude and lack of customer service. I have since returned the item to the Estero, FL store without an issue and had a wonderful experience. I love to clothes and will not let this one experience ruin it for me, but the employees at the Delray store need some training in policies and, above all, customer service."
