"Sam is my beautiful 11 year old BC with badly deformed feet due to auto immune disease and chronic injury. For years he has been in pain while walking on gravel and bitumen so I needed boots to make him more comfortable. I found All Dog Boots on-line and reached out for advice. The response came back within 12 hours (I’m in Australia so there is a time difference). The advice and help with sizing was fantastic. Pack Leader, Karen, really showed how big her heart is when she contacted me the very next day and offered to DONATE 60 PAIRS of dog shoes to help me cover the paws of dogs around Phoenix, AZ where I live!! "I took the advise of one of the online person Karen about ordering an XL for my lab and they are to big my dog measured right at 3.5 and I can’t exchange them due to their exchange policy they have been worn and they have dog hair on them. I also paid flat rate shipping because I also live in Florida and this should have only taken a day or two at the latest to get to me but it went all they way to MI and when I reached out to the company there was a delay in response. Very disappointed in product and customer service"
