"This store has become a joke in all the wrong ways!! Selection has decreased. Staff helpfulness has decreased. What hasn't decreased are the wait times to check out... Those have increased exponentially!! 12 checkout isles with rarely ever more than one or two open. The lines for self checkout often have 25 people waiting. It's ridiculous!! If you don't want to pay for the staff to man the checkout isles then how about removing some and putting in more self checkouts?? I'm sure there are metrics to show busier times when more staffed checkouts could prevent massive wait times. This store is super close to my home but I'd rather take my business elsewhere."

There are no $119 coffee makers in stock at this store (haven't been for weeks), but you'd might think the incredibly similar looking coffee maker for $199, of which there are several in stock, is the one on sale. It's not! You'd also be forgiven for thinking the ice cream on the top shelf costs the same as the ones below. But again, you'd be wrong. Florida Attorney General s Office, Division of Consumer Affairs, here we come!"
