"I PERSONALLY HATE THE FACT THAT I HAVE TO COME HERE BUT MY WIFE SWEARS BY THIS PLACE AND ITS STAFF HAS REALLY HELPED ME KEEP MY SANITY WHILE MY WIFE SHOPS GREAT LITTLE SHOP AMAZING STAFF WE NEED MORE FAMILY SHOPS LIKE THIS pS I WAS HERE WHILE THAT GRISHAM LADY WAS HERE AND THERE IS NO FIXING THAT LADY'S ATTITTUDE WISH I COULD REVIEW PEOPLE YOU SHOULDA SEEN HER TEETH TOO THEY LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE MAD AT EACH OTHER"

"I took my pants to get altered here and they told me they would be ready on Monday. $18 for a simple hem and they make you pay beforehand. I showed up on Monday during my lunch break between 10:40-11 and no one was there. According to the sign and website they open at 10. A woman next door told me they wouldn’t open until noon. I decided to come back the next day at noon to make sure they would be open. They were not open. I called and no one answered the phone until 12:30. The woman who answered told me they got there at 12:30 today. I explained the situation to her and she did not even have the courtesy to apologize. She said she was going to check if the pants were ready and call me back. She never called back. I showed up the day after and they all had a horrible attitude and did not apologize for the situation. The customer service here is horrible and the owner is a rude older woman. I will never be coming here again. Overpriced and Terrible customer service."

"My daughter purchased a shirt and was instructed by their staff on how to wear it. She only wore it twice before the fabric began to unravel. She went back to the store to get help as a shirt shouldn't rip after only two uses. She was told there was nothing they could do. No refund. No credit. No discount towards next purchase. The staff member made a point to emphasize that the fabric falling apart could only be a result of user error and there was no chance that the fabric could have been defective or weak which is obviously exactly what it was. My daughter will definitely not be shopping here again. This business is losing a repeat customer and the customers that are my family and friends that I bought to this store. If the owner or the person I spoke to today is reading this I highly suggest you critically think about how you treat your customers and learn how to accommodate to the needs of your repeat customers."

"Dress alteration gone wrong. If you want your dress to be altered incorrectly, you found the right spot. I recently had an alteration done at this store and when I picked the dress up, they handed me the dress and escorted me out of their store immediately. They did not give me the opportunity to try the dress on or even think for that matter. I tried the dress on immediately when I returned home because I sensed there was an issue. The alterations were embarrassing to say the least. One shoulder strap was 3 inches longer than the other and several other errors to the underarm area. I called the store and they said they pinned it and sent it off to a lady. She said, we will have to measure you then but can't fix it until next week. I paid over $45 for this alteration. I figured my measurements would have been taken when I was being pinned up and standing there with the dress on? The lady who took the alterations was the mother of the two daughters who run the store. She said, she was sending the dress out...so someone else was doing the work, not the lady who pinned incorrectly. I asked to have the dress corrected, as I needed it the next day, and they said I needed to wait a week to have their error corrected. I gave them the dress with more than a weeks time to have it returned. I also watched someone else have something thrown at them through the door. Very shady/ghetto business.I will never do business here again and hope they get their act together. The women in the store are very rude and make you feel as if you should be ashamed for walking in. The clothing in the store is also cheaply made and priced at top dollar. Save your money and do business at a place where you will be treated kindly and valued. Poor service, poor work, poor quality. If I could give zero stars, I would."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to pick up my dress on a Friday. It poured Friday night (this is relevant to their lies). Tried my dress on as soon as I got home because I was not offered the chance to try it on in store. Bag was knotted when I left the store. Bag was knotted when I arrived home. After I tried on my dress I noticed my waist sash was missing. Called the store first thing at 10:00 am on Saturday morning. They had to call me back. Called me back and said the lady who did my fitting didn’t see me with the sash. Then the sales associate told me the sash was tied around the hanger. Then the associate told me my sister had picked up my sash. I offered to come help search for my sash. They angrily said they would check the security cameras to prove to me that I left with the sash. I thought this was a great idea. When I told them I was on my way- All of a sudden the store had maximum occupancy. While I was driving to the store I received a phone call that they found my sash outside in the plants and oh a customer had just found it outside. Remember it rained the night before? My sash was perfectly clean. I added a picture to their store online- of what they sent to me. I didn’t park anywhere near where they threw my sash and the wind doesn’t blow in that direction either. The story doesn’t match. Upon my arrival, their front door was locked. They were sweeping the floors. I tried opening the door and they continued to sweep the floor. I then knocked hard on the door and they told me to WAIT! They finally walked over to the door, unlocked it and quickly shoved the sash into my hand and then slammed the door shut- almost catching my hand. I will never ever go here again and I hope you don’t either. My sash was there all along. Incompetent business. Do not go here!"
