"Extremely unprofessional women working this store today. I didn’t walk into the store thank god, however I was working with my canine and service dog classes this morning outside working on test items for our public access tests. UnFortunately this location happens to be next to the stairs and elevator. As we were standing off to the side of the doorway we were met with very nasty and rude store employees. “ our client was petrified to walk past your dogs” mind you this is a public location St Armand’s Circle, and there are people and dogs everywhere . None of the dogs were obstructing the space, just people that don’t like certain breeds of dogs have lots to say about them in a negative light. We’re doing and we were about to leave a second employee come down and has something else to say as well. We were near the location of the store for a total of eight minutes maybe 10. I explained we were just sitting here off to the side so that my dog eat did not get burned from the sun on the hot pavement .This establishment needs to do better. I am disgusted with how myself and my clients were treated. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Highly do not recommend."

"I went in to use my birthday credit and the car manning the cash register didn’t know how to work it! She couldn’t fit people she didn’t know how to look up a price and she wasn’t willing to help in any way, shape or form she kept saying that this wasn’t her store Everyone else was busy yada yada you go in the feel special on your birthday and you end up getting gutted by someone that shouldn’t even have been working in that high and busy store that’s on the manager. The employee should’ve been discharged on the spot for being rude to a customer, and not knowing what she was doing in any way, shape or form I said to the manager at the end so much for feeling special… Oh yeah, and I spent money over and above my credit by far because of a minimum purchase requirement that they don’t even tell you that way into making your choices"
