The price, the quality, the organization Every dollar spent at Echo Thrift goes to help their mission of providing services to the less fortunate in the local area. I recently attended a Working Women of Tampa Bay Coffee Connection meeting there. We were even able to shop before the store opened to the public! I’ve been coming here since they relocated and merged the boutique and thrift stores. Let me tell you, the boutique area is where I buy all of my work clothes! They have beautiful name brand dresses, blouses, skirts and slacks at a fraction of the cost of department stores. Everything I love purchased looks as if it was never worn. I even found a TORI BURCH dress for $7!!!"
