"Horrible experience today w the manager Lauren at the Brandon store. Went in looking for a dress for my nieces, went INSIDE the fitting room w 3 other girls to see how a dress look on one of them, she came in telling us we could not be on the way ( when we were ALL inside the room), that it was too hot in the back and she need it to keep her employed save from Covid. I’ve see 4 people going in the same fitting room to try on dresses and there were way more people in the store. Is was not the first time I had a problem w her. She is not a people person, I don’t know how she got the manager position, having to deal w the customers."
