"My wife and I went to the Expresa store at The Brandon Town Center and had one of the worst experiences (customer service wise) that I've ever had. The picture is of the skirt that my wife was interested in, so while she was in the dressing room, I asked the store manager( young lady with an island accent) if I could get a size 6. She searched around the store for a few minutes and came back to me and said, "The skirt is in a box in the back, and we haven't put it out yet." I said, "Can you go get it so my wife can try it on because she wants to get it". She then replied, "It's a lot of boxes in the back. Do you want to go move them and look for the skirt"? This is where I lost it. I told her that I don't work for Express and it's not my job to move boxes to get products for customers. She laughed, blew us off, and turned to talk to her coworker. How dumb is it to have clothes on a mannequin that isn't available to customers? Express, where is the customer service for your store? I had a few bad experiences in express before and only went back in because my wife wanted to look around. This probably explains why the store is always empty when I walk by. Express just lost two more customers because of the treatment my wife and I received. Corporate needs to drop by the store, and if the young black lady behind the counter says it didn't happen, check the store cameras, or I'll send the video..."
