"Worst Victoria’s Secret in existence. Have accompanied my wife in stores since the beginning of the time but this store is not managed well at all. Like, just put more people at the register. It’s not that confusing. Why are employees just floating around the store when there’s like a battle line at the registers. Victoria Secret feelin like Sixflags and McDonald’s play area these days"

"Still standing in one line for 15 minutes,staff organizing underwear but not ringing customers up standing in line and they don’t seem to care…not the first time this has happened!Use to be the best and efficient place to shop but now it’s so Annoying!"

"They keep the period underwear in the very very back of the store which feels…. At the most anti-feminist and at the least inconvenient: The panties are disorganized despite being hung on rotating displayed. They are not organized at all by size so you have to look through all of them. I had two coupons both of which were sent two weeks apart but expired in the same day, which was a week before my arrival in Tampa. The associate was extremely unaccommodating and was not helpful. She told me to download the app and see if I had any rewards. I was just a few points away, but none awarded. So I ended up putting half my things back since she wouldn’t honor any of my coupons. This would have never happened at the stores I frequent in the north-east."

"Got harassed by an older staff woman here with blonde hair. Beware this women thinks 50+ years of working in what I’m assuming she meant bra industry, excuses her behavior of being snarky and condescending to a younger person who didn’t want to be sized and didn’t need help. To come up to a stranger you know nothing about and say you know what they’re holding won’t fit them and to just continue to talk over them and tell them what “would fit them” while looking their whole body up and down all the while being demeaning, when they already told you more then once that they didn’t want your help at all. Apparently other staff excuse this women’s behavior by dismissing it as her personality when it’s brought to their attention, even if you’re crying. I’m humiliated. if you want to be respected by other women while shopping this Victoria secret ain’t it. Be aware."
