"What's good; Turns out the store has become an outlet, with everything under $15. My wife enjoyed finding and buying many nice and worthy items. What's bad; The woman who was in charge, though, almost got yelled at. She rudely snatched an item that my wife had just put down and "harumphed" loudly. I had to pull my wife away quickly to avoid an incident. I don't care if she's had a rough day or is just bored with refolding clothes. No leader should ever be disrespectful to a customer. She needs to be retrained in customer service or find a job where she isn't around folks. I hope that someone in upper management reads this cause it needs to be addressed."
