"All of the employees were very helpful! Store was clean & there was variety of clothing & sizes. My daughter & I came for a volleyball tournament & we’re just killing some time. We came into the store just browse & while my daughter was trying on sunglasses we asked the ladies working there to help out to see which sunglasses looked better! All I can say these ladies really made us feel welcome!"

"Don't be fooled, while located in the outlets, this is not an outlet store. They have a good inventory, but I find it hit or miss with their styles."

"I usually go to the Aerie’s located at the florida mall but since I was near by I came to this location. I was treated so poorly and embarrassed that I won’t be coming back. I came in and no one greeted me which is fine. Eventfully someone asks if I’m looking for something in particular and I tell them that I was therefore, they guided me to the location. After that I wasn’t helped at all. I had three bras and some underwear in my hands. I go to the fitting room area and I’m standing there until one of the workers come. I ask them if I can try on the bras and they tell me to go ahead and walk into the fittings rooms. I eventually come out with all my items. As I’m walking out I can hear one of the workers mention “watch her”. I continue to the location where I found the bras to put them back. I’m trying to put the bras back as I hear the same girl talk loudly “watch her because she just came out the fitting rooms with underwear” she said other things I couldn’t hear well. I was so embarrassed and upset that she would accuse me of stealing that I asked why are they talking about me and that I don’t appreciate it. If they had a concern they could of asked me and the girls just stared at me and said “oh sorry”. It make me think that I was treated this way because of how I looked or was it because I wasn’t the same race they were?"

"The sales team here is absolutely wonderful. They were so incredibly kind and helpful and made my shopping experience here very enjoyable and stress-free. They held the clothes I was holding at the counter so my hands could be free while I continued shopping, if there was something I liked but they didn't have it in my size they offered to order it for me and still allow me to take advantage of the in-store sale. I truly feel it was one of the nicest retail teams I have ever encountered. The shop itself is very light and welcoming and overall just a lovely place to be. I will definitely be returning in the future if I have the chance! ❤️"
