"I'd give this a 0-star rating if I could. Yesterday, I left my sunglasses at the register, and today when I returned, the employee claimed they had put them aside. Yet, when he searched for them, they mysteriously vanished. The employee genuinely tried to help, putting in effort to locate my sunglasses, but the manager, Javier, was utterly useless. He shrugged off any responsibility, insisting it wasn't the store's fault. It has to be an employee who took them since they were put aside behind the register. What's infuriating is that it becomes a store responsibility once they admitted they had it. They can't declare they've got my stuff and then conveniently disown the issue when it disappears! The manager's lack of assistance is beyond frustrating."

"If I could give no star at all, I would! They refused restroom access, even when I told them it was an emergency. There was also a parent with a small child who needed to use the restroom, too. If your statement truly is no public restrooms, where do all your multiple employees who work for a public establishment?!! And... you want the public to purchase the stuff you sell. Make it make sense because, eventually, you won't be making any cents. You sure did not and will not get any money from me!!!"

I had to request to speak to a manager in order to use restroom their response was due to theft customers are not allowed to use bathrooms are you freaking SERIOUS? then u should have 2 security 1 in front and other in the back making sure no merchandise is taken into bathrooms SIMPLE AS THAT!"
