"I recently received a gift from the Gucci outlet, but it wasn't to my liking. In an attempt to exchange it for something else, I visited the outlet. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything I really wanted, but I did come across a scarf that was less expensive than the original gift. I asked if I could exchange for the scarf and receive the remaining value as store credit. However, they informed me that their policy only allows for exchanges, not returns or store credits, which aligns with what their policy states. I then requested to speak with the manager, who was understanding and willing to assist. He offered to extend the 14-day exchange period, but that didn't suit my needs. Ultimately, we had to sit down and browse their website to find another item that matched or exceeded the value of the original gift. This resulted in an exchange where I had to pay the difference, and they placed an order for the additional item, which will be shipped to my home. This experience was quite disappointing, especially considering I had previously dealt with Gucci stores, which provided excellent service. Regrettably, this encounter at the outlet was my first and last. I have also shopped at outlets of other high-end brands, and I can say that this one was the least satisfactory in my experience."

"This was the outlet store with super deals! The same experience as a boutique store, but a lot cheaper! I am happy I stopped in and found a pair of tennis shoes I liked! Same great customer service and huge savings! This is a must visit! There are many items that are very cool!"

"This place is a joke. The bag I wanted was only in stock at this location. (It is a current bag on the Gucci website) My husband wanted to get it for me for our anniversary. He had no idea this was an “outlet”. There was no discount, the bag was full price. After leaving and opening the dust bag I see they have the bag wrapped in this disgusting bag with masking tape on it where it is RIPPED. They also have the shoulder strap closed with some cheap masking tape. ( not what you’d expect for a $2,600 handbag) There was also no box with it. Since we do not live in Orlando, we called to see if we could simply get the correct dust bag and box. (I’ve ordered plenty from Gucci and every bag, belt, etc comes with a box and Gucci dust bag) We were told the manager would call us back within 24-48 hours. When they didn’t, we contacted client services again. They told us again that the manager would contact us but they couldn’t do anything because this is an “outlet” and not a “boutique”. It has now been 3 weeks and no one has contacted us and nothing has been resolved. Save your money and go elsewhere."

"It’s not worth the wait where you have everyone wears the same brand everywhere. Oh well, if you are basic style go ahead maybe it’s worth checking out. Also, consider falling in line if you fall for their marketing strategy."

"Really bad experience… First there was a 55 minute Line outside the store, with the sun burning Everyone. The store was pretty Much empty, They do this as a marketing strategy… Well I bought a wallet. When I left the store I opened the bag to see the wallet and for My surprise - and disappointment- the box is so old and so dirty. Even Ross sells wallets with boxes better than this one…"
