"This place was insanity. Nothing in its place. Not organized well. Crowded seems alot of tourists were looking for a deal. The bathrooms were messy, no toilet paper. Over all employees seemed stressed."

"I recently visited the new Burlington store at 11643 Regency Village Dr, Orlando, FL 32821, and I was thoroughly impressed. The organization of the store was top-notch. Everything was neatly arranged, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. It's evident that the staff takes pride in keeping the store well-organized for customers. Another major plus was the ample parking available. Finding a parking spot was hassle-free, which is always appreciated when shopping. Overall, my experience at this Burlington store was excellent. If you're looking for a well-organized store with plenty of parking, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be returning for my future shopping needs."

"This has to be the dirtiest / disorganized Burlington store I have ever walked into! The people working are all extremely rude and disrespectful .Sales associate names (EVA) was cleaning the shoe isle and started yelling at every single customer that walked into any of the shoe sections she would not let anyone look at shoes at 9pm saying customers are making a mess . Controlling the premises from people being able to buy shoes. (As if every single customer is going to make a mess )besides the store was already a reck when we walked in all the clothes shoes and handbags everything was disorganized . store closes at 12am they need to clean either before closing or after . Either way She was rude and kicking shoes everywhere . Mad that she has to clean up . Once we walked all around we noticed the supervisor went to the shoe isle to let customers look at the shoes. Then another sales associate came up to my mom with to say (“This is the reason why we don’t let people go in when we are cleaning “) as if we made the mess?! We didn’t ever get to look ant the shoes period. The supervisor send eva to clean up the kids section . So people can look at the shoes. Overall this location needs better attention on clean up and on how they treat customers who are spending tons of money on their items ."

"I usually reserve my reviews for food establishments, but I have to make a review on this disaster called Burlington. There were only two on staff and a couple. To make matters worse a couple at the beginning of the line purchase over $2000 worth of merchandise and then they could not pay for it so he had to run to his bank while the agent waited for him just leaving only one agent available. I was just buying a pair of shoes for $20 and it took an hour of my life waiting in that line. Never work again while I shop at this Third World store. If you are unable to get staff, then pay them more and you will get them no problem. Too bad I could not give a negative rating because it would be -10 if I could do it. What an absolute, horrible horrible, horrible experience. If you dare to go in there, and you see only two people on cash… run! I don’t feel entitled, but my time is certainly worth more than that. That is an hour of my life. I will never get back"

"It's a big place. Lots of stuff to choose from. Cleaner than Ross and 4-5 times bigger than Marshalls. Recommending start to shop at this store due to the huge inventory."
