"I'm just curious, my wife always drags me into this store and I'm wondering, do all of them have this disgusting green carpet that doesn't look like its been cleaned since the '70?"

"I am a loyal customer of Tory Burch. I used to buy a lot from this brand. Every branch I have entered across America treats their customers in a professional and courteous manner, except for this store. The service here is very disrespectful and rude. They make me feel every time that I am a thief and not a valuable customer. They continue to follow me inside the store while shopping in a disgusting way and prevent me from examining some items under the pretext that I cannot buy them again. They kept calling each other and talking about how legal it was for me to buy. They collect my data internally and I am not allowed to give my data to the cashier as if I am on their blacklist. I always wait at the cashier more than half an hour until they check my profile before I can buy any piece. They don’t even smile or say sorry, literally I’m like a thief and they treat me as that. I know that the company has a policy that a customer is not allowed to buy more than three pieces of each item, but they use this policy in the most horrific ways. I direct these words to the company; Remember, I am the one paying the money and I have the right to receive decent service, at the very least."

I went into the store because my daughter was looking for a purse, but ended up finding a pair of shoes instead and I walked out with a tote, I love it and thank you to the staff on this day."

"Tory Burch outlet in Vineland area has a reasonable price. I usually shop online,but since we were travelling and we come across with the outlet.I checked it out to see what they have. It's busy so just be patient. The parking is a hassle to find so you'll have to either drive around or park way far out. The store is neat and organize. The staff are great and helpful."
