"Walked into store few minutes after opening for the day. It appeared nothing was done to prepare store for business that day. Items were tossed all over display tables...nothing folded or in proper place. Finding help was like finding a needle in haystack!"

"Passed by to get my daughter a few shirts and were surprised to see the mess in the kids section. I know we are close to the first day of school and school shopping but I've seen other locations keep their sections clean and neat. The rest of the store was organized but that kids section was just bad. Customer service was great and very nice when we checked out."

"Some good prices on a seasonal sale, but numerous things were accompanied by signs that are not positioned correctly with pricing. One team member said, "Yeah, that shouldn't be there", but left it. The cashier was surprisingly unhelpful at checkout. I rarely come to this location, and today I remembered why. July 2023 Update: Today's visit was very pleasant, in an organized store, and ultra-friendly service at check-out. What a nice difference from my last experience. I will easily return if this is the 'new normal'."

"Discriminating Rude Manager and Employees My wife has been a loyal customer of Old Navy for quite a long time. Even purchases my whole family gifts for the holidays every single year from your store and it has become an expected tradition. Unfortunately that tradition is probably going to end after the way we were treated by the manager and employees at your store today at 4018 Conroy Road, Orlando, FL 32839. Earlier today (12/19/2022) around 11:45am We stopped in the store for an online order pickup and found a few additional items in store. We attempted to use the self-checkout that was not working properly, so we walked down the line to a manager and 2 employees that looked at us walking up with disgust and clearly did not want to help us. One the employees was a young girl in an orange jacket that breathed heavily, rolled her eyes, and rudely stated, “Why are you coming down here?! Can’t you use the self-checkout?!” and we were immediately taken back with the amount of attitude she had. She did not have a name tag, so I could not tell you her name. We explained to her that it was not working properly and she just took the items from my wife's hands and said nothing to us and began to scan them at the register with major attitude. Some of the items were not showing up with the correct price, so we politely advised her and she still did not speak to us and asked her manager named Victoria standing nearby to check the price. The manager Victoria aggressively stated we were wrong about the pricing. My wife asked her to walk to where we got the items and showed her the sign that clearly shows the price we told her. The manager Victoria seemed even more angry and aggressive about the price. She stormed back to the register and advised the girl at the register to adjust the price properly to what the sign was showing. We then advised and showed the that we are going to use a gift card to which the card reader shows an error message and when we try to tell the girl, she gets mad and rudely states “You didn’t tell me you were gonna use that!” and calls over another employee that takes over and gets everything finalized with the purchase while bantering unprofessionally with the other girl. My wife then stepped over to the location for online order pickup and the manager Victoria is standing there. She advises she has an online order pickup and there is another Spanish woman behind her waiting for her online order as well. The manager Victoria completely ignores both of them and flags another customer to come over and attempts to have her step right in front of my wife. My wife and the lady behind her address Victoria about it because it appears she has a problem with Spanish women as my wife is a Spanish woman too and she completely ignored both of them. Is our money not as good as other customers? Even after addressing our concerns with her, she gets even more rude and tells one of the other customers to come over and help them because she did not want to help them and directs another employee to assist them with the online order pickup. Then the employee comes over and dismisses my wife again and helps the lady behind her first. I can’t begin to explain the feeling of being blatantly ignored and being treated with such disrespect. As I was leaving and walking out the store, the manager Victoria yelled out loud in an aggressive hostile tone “HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY!” towards us. During the course of this whole thing, we tried to smile and be nice, but it did not make a difference at all. Clearly unprofessional, discriminating, and rude employees that did not want to work today. Is this the service I should expect from this store? Very disappointing…"
