"I literally never write reviews but I’m taking the time out of my day to shout out Hillary. My fiancée found heels at the Florida Mall location however not in her size and they were on clearance, well past it’s season but with our wedding just a month out and her falling in love with them, she just had to have them. I called the WHBM at Millenia to see if they happened to have them in stock, unfortunately they didn’t but Hillary went well above her job expectations to track down a pair in her size across the country in Arizona. It wasn’t easy because they were so past season that they didn’t even show up in the system but she used her tools and resources to find a lonely pair available for my fiancée. She called the store in Arizona and created a smooth transition for us to purchase them from that location. They arrived a week later and in great condition!"

"I’m one off the loyal customer in White House black market . For over than 15 years and never had bad experience in the stores expect two time at the mall of Millenia . When the store manager not at the store I don’t like to go . Yesterday I did go to return something I bought I’m sorry did t have time to try it in the store but when I did try it home the tag fill and this happen even in the store few times any way I did go she told me Mariem told me she can’t since tag not on the dress and if I ca try in Altamonte springs so I felt she didn’t want to return it for the store number . But I told her I want to return it she said call the customer service I called them they were not sure what’s going on and told to the return she was acting like taking approval no one give her approval but she was acting like . Will never go there again and it was the worse customer service ever"

"I mean...THE MOST AMAZING SERVICE!! My best friend went in to get a pair of pants. This lady looked at my friend top to bottom, not only she find her a the perfect pair of pants, she found her the most stunning suit that fit like a glove!!"

"This store is located on the center of the second floor of the fabulous Millennia Mall. There was a great clearance going on with an additional 30% off of the reduced clearance price. There were a lot of selections but no blazers in store. The store was well organized and clutter free with adequate staff. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I look forward to visiting this location again."

"Immediately upon entering you'll experience the difference here versus other stores in the mall. Every staff member is welcoming, cheery, professional, and helpful. Charnel, the stylist, rocks! Incredible energy and yet patient and empathetic. My wife has a hard time coming to the mall. She's not good at girly things. But, she feels good here. And, most importantly, she's actually going to buy herself nice things! So, bravo team White House Black Market!"
