"I am giving 1 star because of the manager. The employee was very helpful with our questions and very polite trying to help us. And this manager Wei I don’t know if I am spelling it right but he came storming to her in front of us to say we are training. Moving his fingers to point her and then to pointing himself and then said to me she is training and supposed to be at the register. Excuse me, that’s just not the way to treat your employees and it’s also not the proper way to offer help when they were already helping. You could have nicely ask. This is why retail is struggling to keep good employees. I will continue to go the Loop location."

"I love the clothing, shoes, watches, etc. Also, they have good prices. However, this store doesn’t honor their operation hours. I came to shop this store at 10:00 am and the store was not open at all. Still 10:51 am and nobody bother to open the store. The only time that I saw a employee opening the door was when a lady bring a Starbucks order and the employee close the doors again. I feel this is unfair for consumers. The store should have operations hour signage in the doors so consumers are aware of the opening and closing timeframes. With my management experience this is a red flag on why this store is losing sales due that few consumers came to shop and doors were closed. The upper management should look into this issue."

"The store is always neat and organized. All of the staff is so friendly and helpful. Christina has help me a few times shopping. She is such an amazing spirit and has a great personality. Guess has done a great job with the staff at this location."

"If you are looking for eye rolling unhelpful caddy women then you've found the right place, except for Maria who was very nice and the only one who appeared to be working.The other two attendants were holding up the counter at the front of the the store. All I asked for was a fitting room. After trying on the 2 tops I went to pay and after 2 sets of eye rolling we waited on Maria to finish up with other costumes to cash me out, the other two continued to hold up the counter. The store itself was visually appealing and had a selection of fashionable clothing with exception to some sizes being sold out."

"Very nice collection and helpful staff. What I like about this store that it has lots of things to buy. No matter what, I will end up buying something. The clearance section is a bit messy . I also don't like the lighting system as I don't see the stuff clearly."
