"Terrible place & management. Bought a suite and brought it back without it being used, with receipt and all the tags/unworn. They wouldn’t take it back or give me store credit because it was after 30 days. We went back 34 days after the purchase. Unbelievable when it’s something worth hundreds of dollars."

"I love these stores but this particular one wasn’t staffed well enough. I wandered around the entire store to find one single employee on the floor that couldn’t speak English. I know it’s harder to staff stores these days but still. Nice selection of Boss, Marc Jacobs and other men’s shirts"

"They have a good selection of clothes at this location, pretty large shop however the staff is a another unpleasant story. I went to return or exchange a pair of shoes I bought for my mother on Xmas from a lactation in Tampa however on my way to the story I must have dropped my receipt because when I arrived I couldn’t find it, the two young ladies at the store requested a receipt and I explained that I had driven from lake wales and must have dropped it on the way, one of the young ladies told the other, “oh,Buy one Get one free, with a sigh and attitude”I had no idea what they were talking about however the energy i got from these ladies was extremely unpleasant, I felt embarrassed as they told me that they need “proof” I had purchased these, insinuating i committed a crime, I told them I would go check my vehicle one more time but if there was any other way they could verify, they said they couldn’t as i had purchased with a gift card from my Amex rewards, i knew they could have as I always enter my email for rewards….the entire interaction was so weird and I was about to get stuck with a pair of shoes that didn’t fit anyone I knew but thankfully I remembered that I received email receipts all the time and was able to show “proof” that I had indeed purchased them before they even had a buy one get one free sale and I wasn’t trying to steal as they were insinuating. I don’t know where this store finds their staff but I was often taught that a thief will judge by his own condition. For goodness sake, the least they could have done from the beginning was allow me to exchange the shoe size as I eventually did without making me go through so much embarrassment, this store should be ashamed of themselves. Terrible customer service. Please hire smarter and well meaning people with actual customer service skills. Your staff is terrible and classless."
