Forever 21

"I had a very disappointing experience. I bought online to pick up at the store to save time. First of all, one of the items were sold out and I was just informed 2 days after the purchase. When I got at the right place to pick up half of my order with my barcode, nobody was there at the pick up spot. All the other cashiers kept looking at me, but attending only the other customers on the regular line. One by one. After more than 20 minutes waiting I asked for a cashier if there was somebody to help me and she asked me to get into the regular line. WHAT??? AFTER 20 MINUTES??? Well... because of the amateur and lazy staff, I had to go to (the end of) the line and nobody were finding my order when it was my turn, after a lot more minutes. Not in the system, nor at the store. One more expert attendant had to jump in and try to find it with no success. She told me that it could be canceled. That was not an option, as of I was going to my niece's birthday and that was what she wanted as a gift! Actually, half of. A third attendant was requested to help too and they finally could find my order, that was in one of the cabinets and until I leave the store, the girls still were not able to find my order on the system, but I could not wait anymore. It's true that I had a very bad experience and spent more than 1 hour to get my niece's gift. I am sorry but I will never buy again at Forever 21 and if it wouldn't let my niece so sad, I would definitely return the item and get my money back."

"Pretty trendy clothes but a lot of times they're a hit or miss. What's with something has cute designs then FOREVER21 just slap on top of that cute top with some ridiculous text. Seriously don't do that, it just cost extra to make and make the clothes uglier."

"This is a large Forever 21 store from your typical locations. There was so much to look at but the store was a but overwhelming due to the abundance of clothes every where. It was really difficult to start looking thru clothing because of how cluttered everything was. I love F21 but this isn't my favorite location."

"Pros: It's a large store even though they have a smaller inventory than some of the other Forever 21 locations I've been to. I like their accessories section and usually find good selections of cute jewelry at a reasonable price. Cons: The layout is terrible. When shopping for clothes, it's hard to tell where to find anything because none of their clothes are in a particular section or order. So, finding a little black dress or some basic leggings turns into an unnecessary scavenger hunt. Another issue is that some of the staff are standoffish or unable to help with problems- like finding items in the store, etc. When I asked a staffer for help and she told me she had "no idea" where I could find a gray tee shirt because they were "kind of mixed in" with other items. There's definitely room for improvement at this F21."
