"I tried on at least a dozen bra's at this store and finally found one that fit well. I purchased four of them. I was preparing for a 2-week vacation so took tags off and washed them. After wearing one of them for a day, the back of the bra rode up regardless of which hooks I used and the front sagged and no longer supported. Their return policy does not allow returns once the tags are removed and items are washed. I understand but was hoping for some compensation/exchange or something after spending almost $100. The manager I spoke with was very ungracious and only concerned with not being able to resell these bra's. I understand that fact but at the same time expected some understanding, courtesy, and some kind of customer satisfaction!!"
