"This is the best Forever 21 location in Orlando. They have the best stock and deals that you can’t find in their Millenia nor FL mall locations. This is my go-to store for this business- plus the staff here is very kind."

"Today, I bought some shoes and they were cheaper in the internet and the lady that was at the cash register say to me they did not price match with the internet. She did not bother to ask anybody at the store. I went to the Forever at International drive and they say that they do. What going on here? Maybe need to train employees at the Vineland that work the cash register? This make no sense at all!"

"The store looks well stocked as you go in, however, as you check around you see lots of clothes of the same. It seems that this stores get the closeouts only because they don't have variety. Additionally, there's nothing for pre-teen girls. What you find is garbage and clothing everywhere on the floor and no one picking up. Here are some pictures to show you. And the counter where you pay, I wish I could have taken a picture; it's full of items "to say the least" that don't belong there. I guess they don't know the pride shoppers take in visiting that store just to end in disappointment after the first visit. Forever 21, there is a system in place that you can teach to your staff to help them get, and remain organized all the time, and is called: The 7 Steps System. Shoppers, take notice and don't break your kids heart thinking that you will make a purchase for them."
