"ZERO STARS! HORRIBLE LOCATION!! Always a problem. Can’t complete a return via Apple Pay. Can’t return items from the electronic receipt even though the system asks you to enter an email address. Lady REFUSED to even try. Manager is never available to assist. Horrible customer service. Avoid this location!! Update: Went to the location on Pine Hills and Colonial..return with no problem!"

"I visited this location recently which turned out to be one of the worst experiences I ever had in any clothing store in a while. The associate named Hailey behind the register accused a long-time shopper of rainbows establishments a thief in so many words when a balance for a gift card didn't register for the amount that was supposed to have been placed on the card for online returns as a store credit gift card. Hailey needs a process of improvement course in learning how to speak and take care of the customers shopping there spending their hard earned money in the stores. I will no longer shop with any of the rainbow shops ever again. The help there working is absolutely awful and aren't knowledgeable in their job. thejob."

"I order online usually, but decided to go in-store. The staff was okay and they had sale. Found a great outfit and I felt great. You should visit them, just be prepared to go through a number of clothes if you looking through the clearance stuff, they are really organized."
