"Come in to buy a pair of jeans 2/10/24 and had to put them back due to them only having 1 cashier and my lunch was burned waiting in line.... Come back at 5pm and the same damn thing 1 cashier.... Y'all need to hire more people cuz the line is ridiculous, all the way back to the fitting room. I've spent now 45 mins in line for 1 item.. get it together"

"They have 5 people working in the store and one person on the register with 6 people in line. That cashier is also the person who has to open the case. I felt bad for people in line because I went to get sunglasses that were in the case. I stood in line and she has to stop checking people out help me with sunglasses. Everyone in line behind me was looking at me like hurry pick sunglasses. Because the same person checking out has to do the showcase. The worst part about it there was a lady a manager standing there doing clothes. Besides that the workers are really nice. Also customers stop believing tiktok when they say .49 cent clothes. They clothes go on sale but it $3.49 and up. There were only 5 items in the whole store that was .49 cents."

"Will not return to this Ross. Loss prevention Hispanic male seemed to watch me like a hawk. Noticed he spoke to everyone leaving the store. Maybe I was the exception since he seemed to watch me as if I stole. Never stole a day in my life but guess that's apart of life."
