"I visited the store in the Villages, Sunday Oct 15, the weather was wonderful and there was an art show in the square. The store was not busy at all, only one other customer and two clerks. I have been in this store before a few times but did not make a purchase. I was well aware of their merchandise, especially their awesome lines of jewelry, as it is definitely right up my alley and on this particular day I was looking for just the right jewelry to complete a new outfit. I was not greeted by either clerk, I was looking around at different accessories putting together playful ideas of color in my head when finally the clerk says very loudly from across the room, “ you look lost” I looked at her and YES she was speaking to ME!! I made eye contact with her and she said, “ are you ok?” I said, “ excuse me???” And she repeated herself, “ you look lost” I said, “ WOW, just WOW “ and I left the store. I will not return, perhaps management or the owners should know who and what represents them"

"Not happy with customer service. When I was there last there were 2 ladies behind the front counter. Not one spoke and neither asked if they could be of help. I have purchased several things from there in the past. Won't anymore."

"Great experience. I purchased three items last week, one of which had to be sent from another store. I called when it didn't arrive within a week. The manager, Fran, could not have been nicer. She tracked down the package, acknowledged the it was sent to the wrong address and immediately sent me another one. Wish I lived closer so I could shop there more often."

"If you are looking for a healthy alternative to food fast, you should definitely give this place a try. We passed on it the first time we were in the strip mall looking for lunch but today we have it a try and we were pleasantly surprised. The food is definitely fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable. You can even split a bowl because the portion is big."
