"My experience with the manager of this store today was underwhelming at best. It was discovered upon the first time wearing it, my pullover Tommy Bahama shirt had a pin hole along the shoulder. When I tried to exchange this for another shirt they would not accept the return. They could care less about my issue with a $99 shirt that is now useless. The statement "we are a clearance store" is what they referred to repeatedly, yet, they still charge a premium for all their products. After spending over $1,000 in the past three months with Tommy Bahama, they have now lost a customer that has recently become a fan of the brand. *** Always check for defects when buying at this clearance store ***"

"We visited the store at The Villages. The store was clean and well kept. The sales people asked several times if we needed any help. The sales staff were friendly and helpful. When I found an item I liked, they were out of my size. The sales person (Justin) checked the system and found my size at another store. He told me if I wanted the shirt, he could ship it to my home address. So, I purchased the shirt and it arrived within six or seven days. Now, that’s great service."
