"The only manned register was packed, only self checkout, that was also packed. It took us 15 minutes to check out. It took us 5 minutes to find what we were looking for. They should have pay in app feature if they are moving forward with self checkouts to save on labor."
"We came in to get help with finishing up signing up for Consumer Cellular. We tried doing it on our own but got confused. Mark , back that section, went way over and above for us! He explained you were not a mobile store but would try to help us as he was not busy at the moment. He called Consumer Cellular and got us going. He multi-tasking helping other customers but kept checking on us. We finally got it all settled. He went over and above for us. Thank you for having a great employee!"
"Don't normally post for single incident but today was extraordinary. My mom is elderly and wheelchair bound. Having lost weight due to illness, she needed new blouses. Megan in the ladies dept was exceptional in helping mom make selections, size her correctly and all with a beautiful smile and attitude. Congrats to Target for a great employee !! "Called to see if they can tell me when they get a shipment of a certain item and it’s just all question marks!!!! And why was the lady in customer service rude? I asked a simple question. You’d think TARGET would be better than Walmart with customer service but OBVIOUSLY NOT!!!!"
"This Target store is located in The Villages, off US Highway 441, it has a nice selection of items. The store is clean and the employees are nice and friendly. Recently our travel clothes steamer that we had for a while finally gave out. In need of a new one we found a nice small clothes steamer at a reasonable price at this Target."
