"The pharmacy does not even deserve one star. I was the first person in the store. The unpleasant person that took my info told me it would take 45 minutes. I told her I am really sick, she replied yea lol everyone is really sick. Then I waited to find out they do not have the medicine prescribed. I asked her if she could call another store to see if they have the medication. Both employees including the pharmacist said no, they can’t do that. Don’t waste your time. The staff is horrible, very rude and unprofessional."
"The store part of this Walgreens is exceptional. I’m always greeted at the door by the kind cashiers. The store is clean and stocked. I’m giving a 1 star because of the Pharmacy. Very unprofessional and rude. Clearly these workers need more training with customer service and pharmacy training. It seems like this has been an issue for a long time with nothing being done about it. Very disappointing."
"Hands down the WORST pharmacy! Rude employees! Tell you they’re working on filling your script and it’ll be done in 30 min when in actuality they are out of the medication! Instead of notifying you they simply delete it out of their system or leave it unfilled! When you call, it’s easily a half hr hold time! I was on hold for about 40 min and it was nearing their standard lunch break @ 1:30, all of a sudden, after holding that long they switched the phones over and disconnected me. I had no choice but to go there and find out why these scripts weren’t being filled (after a 6 day wait). When I walked by the front register the manager was yapping loudly to another employee about the “donkey” customer she just had and he could go pound sand. Absolutely horrible!"
"Went to deposit money on a card and took less than a minute. Great service much better than Walgreens at Parr drive. I will just come here from now on."
"Pharmacy staff is very rude. Unhelpful. Have you on hold for 30 min, just to rush you off the phone. Provide no help whatsoever. Combative when asked simple questions. This isn't just one person, it's every single pharmacy employee. I've had nothing but bad experiences. I never write reviews, but had to for this place. If you hate your job so much, why do it? I don't recommend coming here for your medication. Theres other walgreens locations nearby that are way better. Tldr; avoid this store as if it were the plague"
