"Hollister is my favorite hoodie brand, so my father kindly ordered a size M as a gift. However, upon receiving it, I realized I needed a size S. When I visited the store for an exchange, they didn't have the size and offered to ship it. They proposed a refund to either the credit card or store card, which seemed odd to me. I requested a straightforward exchange but ended up with a refund to my father's card, leaving me to purchase the new size. I decided to walk home empty handed. The entire process felt unnecessarily complicated"
