"Well, this is Banfield, it's basically a butcher shop because they only care about shoving your animals into unnecessary surgeries while trying to upsell you on things you don't need and giving you five different prices/quotes for the surgery. They do not care about the overall life quality of your fur baby before, during or after surgery because they don't provide enough, or any, actual pain medication to help your animal recover in a peaceful and painless way. We opted to take our dog to another, non-corporate Vet and they actually explained everything and prescribed additional medication to help our fur baby recover in a humane and painless way. Avoid this place if you care at all about your animals."

"Everyone was great!! I called to make an appointment, not expecting same day and literally got an appointment within 30 minutes. Amazing! When I arrived, the front desk lead was very welcoming and the team member cutting my cats' nails was extremely patient and nice as I tried numerous times to bring them up to the table. She was helpful to all of my questions. I apologize, I did not get your name. The whole team was great and welcoming. I highly recommend this Pet Hospital and will go back again."
