"The clerk was helpful and helped me figure out pricing on the panties she was kind and told me about a good upsell I actually wanted . Quality is good but only a 4 because the styles are too funky . There is nothing cute and sexy here anymore . I go only underwear and I feel they lost that sexy tomboy thing they had . Still had Christmas panties full price and most were just lace thongs no valentines or anything felt like I was shopping the last day of Sears or Montgomery wards maybe I’m too told for this store but women need underwear too why can’t we be included over the age of 25 we Have jobs"

"I came here from Colorado and overall I’ve been super underwhelmed with customer service in Pensacola. However went in here today and the girls working were super sweet and while this location has a more limited selection I would recommend it. Only complaint is that a shirt I bought still had a security tag on it- not a big deal since I’m staying not to far from the mall, just a little hiccup."

"We went into the store to buy my very tall daughter jeans. The staff was extremely helpful despite I spent almost $175 on 4 pairs of jeans. Two pairs were in store and the other 2 I had to order. I was told they would be delivered in 36 hours well 5 days later, no pants. So I call the store and I had the privledge to speak with Lilly, she advised me that the online order didnt go through so she resubmitted it. She was very helpful and kind and really took her time in making sure things were done right. Thanks Lilly!"
