"I went in to try on jeans at 8:20 (store closes at 9); apparently the “fitting rooms close early.” Not sure how you shop for clothes without fitting rooms."

"That girl lily or Jess whatever her name is short hair, tattoos on her arms, nose piercing- was constantly up our behinds because she assumed we were stealing or something simply because I caught her eye cause she was STARING at us and gave me the ugliest attitude ! She then followed me and my boyfriend into the fitting rooms like we couldn’t find them ourselves but wasn’t doing that to ANYBODY else."

"VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES! Never greeted , they just acted like we were bothering them by being in the store. My daughter had a question and they just ignored her. We were looking g for jeans. We left and went over to another store and got better prices and way better customer service. You need to retrain your employees and teach them better customer service. Oh... and if they are going to yell at customers about wearing masks, and wearing them properly then they need to follow what they say as well. They were not wearing them , or if they were , they down on thier chins."

"I seldom go into Pacsun and if I do, its mainly for their selection of jeans. Every time i have gone though, i have had terrible experiences of rude customer service. The employees are rude and seems like they do not understand customer service is key in working in retail. My sister use to work here when they sold good quality clothing and not over priced fast fashion and i sure do wish that the quality was still good, as well as customer service. Edit. Also I am never greeted when I walk into the shop which is not very reassuring."
