"Received a call that my contacts were ready to be picked up. I went in about a week later to be told my prescription was given to someone else somehow by mistake. I called back 2 days later for an update to be told that the person should be dropping my contacts back off today so they could give them to me….. it’s bad medical practice to give a prescription to the wrong person in the first place let alone try to redistribute a prescription that was already given to someone else without any knowledge of what could have been done to it or where it was prior. Will not be continuing to be a patient here. I find the medical practice of the situation to be unprofessional and completely unsanitary."
