He was able to keep me calm, and I didn't freak out or flinch! I have generalized anxiety, and I was super calm and not really afraid! "Jeff was the only positive experience! I went in twice in one day , once as a walk in as soon as the doors opened and second as an appointment on my lunch break . I am pregnant and fasting, they were not busy in the morning instead waiting on appointments to arrive (some late or checking in but not being there )instead of helping a walk in who was the only person in the waiting room who’d been waiting an hour and a half . The afternoon when I had an appointment they were running 50 minutes behind and only had 3 people working. There shouldn’t be multiple apt time slots for one time if you don’t have enough employees to cover those slot. Jeff drew my blood quickly and painlessly but still not on time as I had to wait till 12:45 to get drawn but was there since 12"
