"It's a beautiful and clean clinic. My appointment was for a wellness checkup. I was in and out in a little under a hour. I thought the wait would be much longer since there were many other patients. However everything was so organized, staff is very friendly and staff work nicely together- great teamwork I've been going to the clinic for at least 5 years. I absolutely love Dr. Michelle Ranes. She's so pleasant and a good listener."

"I have had such a good experience here with everyone before, during, & now after my pregnancy. Everyone has been professional and kind. While I’ve gotten to see every doctor there, I’ve had most of my appointments with Dr. Veiga and Dr. Russell. They’re both great! They took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel like they’re in a hurry or like my questions were dumb. I was at ease at every appointment with their patience and kindness. I can’t say enough good things about the Women’s Group! I definitely recommend this office."

"I failed to read the bad reviews and they are accurate! I've had an unusual experience with this doctor's office. I booked an appointment two months in advance, only to discover that they had canceled it when I arrived for my scheduled visit. This forced me to reschedule, and I had absolutely no information about what to expect during my appointment. We rescheduled my appointment for three days later to make up for the lost time. However, during my second appointment, I was told that I had a $257 deductible. Keep in mind that I had no prior knowledge of the procedures planned for that day. I asked the receptionist if they typically inform patients about deductibles in advance, to which she replied that they had not called me, and another receptionist mentioned that they should have called if the amount exceeded $100. It struck me that they could have informed me of this when I was there a few days earlier. I also asked her what I was paying for and she had absolutely no clue and would change the subject each time. It appears that this office is primarily focused on collecting deductibles, with little concern for providing patients with essential information or preparing them adequately for their appointments. This lack of attention to patient care is my major concern. This experience does not align with the level of service I would expect, especially when I am seeking medical care. It seems that their primary goal is to collect payments, and they do not prioritize the well-being or comfort of their patients. I decided not to proceed with my appointment. I believe that, as a patient, I should feel valued and well-informed, especially when I am paying for medical services. This office did not meet my expectations in that regard, and I would prefer to seek medical care elsewhere."
