She promptly sent the necessary paperwork over via email and was very friendly on the phone. The office is easy to find, with ample parking. We were greeted by friendly faces inside, and did not have to wait long in the comfortable waiting room (with couch, tv, and some toys). Dr. Petro made my son feel extremely comfortable during the process and was very thorough in explaining his findings, and our next steps. I highly recommend this practice."
