"I've been seeing Dr. Fulghum for over 30 years, starting with my recovery from major eye trauma and surgery. For over 3 decades Dr. Fulghum and his office have been excellent in their service and friendly in every interaction with me. Dr. Fulghum genuinely cares about his patients and their vision. I cannot recommend him more highly to anyone who is looking for an optometrist. He is a great optometrist!"

"I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance, and the day before the appointment, I received a call from their office and was told I would need to reschedule my appointment due to an illness. So I rescheduled for the next mutually available date (about one month later), and when I was eventually seen, both their service rates and product rates were well above market competition. So after receiving my new prescription, I ordered a pair of glasses through my insurance rather than their office, and when the glasses arrived they were completely incorrect. One value of my prescription was more than four times the value of my previous prescription two years prior, so I assumed Dr. Fulghum made a mistake with my prescription. When I called the Fulghum's office, they warned it was likely the manufacturer's error, so I had to be seen again in order to confirm. When I arrived after taking off work, they sheepishly admitted they made a mistake on the lens prescription so I had to be issued a revised prescription and start the glasses ordering process all over again. They offered an apology, but no compensation for this drawn-out, headache inducing process."
