"5 pharmacy techs and a line of 10 people waiting for pick up. Only one of them were on the register helping people. CVS needs to stop being a greedy company and actually hire techs so people don’t have to wait 30+ minutes to pick up prescriptions they’ve been told are ready for them"

"Never answer the phone. Is imposible to speak with someone, the machine just said sorry and hung up. Horrible costumer service. My prescriptions never be on time, always I have to call my doctor and I got the same pills 6 years ago. CVS has to close this locations."

"I can’t take another Pharmacy worker who doesn’t belong working in public retail much less then a place where care and comfort need to be the default. I can’t take driving 30 minutes with my son suffering and in need of an antibiotic only to be brushed off by the worker who cares more about her lunch period and lowering the shades. I can’t take our medical care system. CVS, I beg you to wire well. I give this CVS a .5 star rating."

"Open 24 hrs but certain dark skin black lady in the pharmacy , for the third time told me to go back next day, and it was empty and I dont remember seen cars in any window. She was rude, and delivers poor service...Even I could not be informed where they had available my prescription, just to go to Lake Underhill.I did a google check and theres more than 1 in Lake Underhill. I went to the Walgreens in front and even though they didn't have the diabetes prescription they gave a precise location to find it. Mrs No should be taken out from face to face interactions."
