"I don't get to shop at Publix very often because I moved out of town and we don't have one, so I take advantage of the opportunity when I'm close to one. One place that I can shop at ANY location and get the same friendly, helpful staff and impeccable cleanliness. They always have something BOGO that makes me happy. I LOVE PUBLIX!!"

"Went to this Publix as I normally do, they had a sign out for "Bnls Skinless Chicken Thighs Bogo". Grabbed 2 packages and went to the register. When they rang them in, they didn't ring up as Bogo. I told the cashier there was a sign that said they were bogo. He pulled out the circular and said it was supposed to be for chicken breasts. Then why did the sign said "chicken thighs"? I told them to take one off because they weren't going to grant it. I thought it was a Publix policy to fix a mistake on their end and to grant whatever sign they have up in the store. So I paid $4.79/lb for chicken thighs which is a terrible price and price gouging for that cut of chicken. This Publix just lost a loyal customer. Also didn't offer me cash back so now I had to waste more of my time and go to my bank, which is why I didn't go to self checkout in the 1st place."
