Secondly, she’s the epitome of kindness, customer satisfaction, & an absolute effervescent personality! I have NEVER been in Kohl’s when she didn’t treat her customers as if they were royalty. Honestly, she should be hired out to do customer service trainings at other stores where I shop. People 30 years younger than Granny act like they are doing me a favor to wait on me while Granny makes me & everyone else feel like we’re the reason she got out of bed!
