"I ordered the chipotle chicken with extra veggies to go, but when I got home there was no chicken in my sandwich nor extra veggies. I was inclined to go back, but it’s just not worth the time. Maybe have to dine in next time and go to counter as many times necessary to get my order right. Do they hire borderline illiterates or low IQ workers at the Fleming Island location who can’t read or complete an order?"
"Pretty sad amount of chicken on this sandwich. Not worth the $12 when you get 4oz of chicken."
"Ordered Fuji apple salad and it was the worse I’ve ever had. I’ll show you in the pic what I got for my money. I specifically went in to order and was just given something very low quality wasn’t even made with all the ingredients. All they did was chap a few tomatoes some leafy vegetables and chicken. Cant help but think I was served based on there biases of me. Such a same."
"Got a drink to go and they only filled it 3/4 of the way. This is about the third time this has happened. Another two times I got my drink to go it was soured and warm. Mind you I place my to-go order inside the store every time so there's no reason for it to be warm when I grabbed at the moment they put it on the shelf. Like I love the drinks but I feel like every time now there's an issue with it."
"Food was good and i enjoyed my meal, but it took so long to get our food. We waited 20 for a sandwich and Mac and cheese, and plenty of other people got theirs before us even though we were the first order on their list. They weren't even short on staff, there was maybe 6 people working. We almost missed our movie, but it was ok on the end."
