"Absolutely worst managers I have EVER SEEN. Both of the female managers are incredibly rude and uncaring. Tried using the test board and got told I was vandalizing even tho it’s clearly a test board for the markers. Was told I had to pay for a TEST BOARD with writing already all over it. Not to mention I was also stalked in the isles by the brown haired manager. Incredibly rude staff will never be shopping at another Michael’s again."

Please remember if you come UP BEHIND customers and need to get around them, speak loud clear so they can hear you.. NOT get an attitude because the 80 year old lady didn't hear you speak behind her back.."

"I love Michael’s. You have to put blinders on sometimes when you go in there or you’ll get lost in there for hours. They are always very well organized and very clean and the holidays are amazing in there. I wish they could have a few more staff on hand, some evenings, but the staff that are there are wonderful and knowledgeable."

But, the prices are competitive. Variety is offered. Wish they had coupons on the regular, though! Comparing them to Joann Fabrics, Michael's is behind. I often stop in to find particular items, not so much looking to blow money. If they had more finished examples displayed, I may be inclined or motivated to purchase more. Isles are piled high with seasonal supplies, for seasonal projects and decor. The location in Fleming Island is easy to access.
