Wanted over $200 for annual blood work before refilling blood pressure med. Switched to different practice- just paid $89 for a new patient visit, needed no lab work, spent 25 min conversing with the vet, and so glad we made the switch."

"EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! ALL ABOUT MONEY NOT ABOUT YOUR PET! Last month my cat had a dental cleaning procedure that resulted me paying OVER 900$! And that’s not the end! Originally they estimated that I have to pay around $1100-1500 for 2 teeth removed. And I agreed to do so since it’s a surgery and paid over $1000 as a deposit. After the diagnostic they performed, they just cleaned the teeth and stated the removal was not necessary. They did NOT call or communicate in any other way to find out if I still want to proceed with the cleaning after the diagnostics of removing the teeth have been performed. They completed the cleaning by default since I paid already. Now, when I came to pick up my cat, I had proactively initiate 3 times the revision of my bill I already paid for the surgery, since the teeth extraction has not been performed. Receptionist said I have to talk to a doctor, doctor said I have talk reception, reception said only office manager can revise the bill. After spending about 30 mins asking for my money back for the teeth extraction that has never been performed they FINALLY decided that my request was reasonable and they issued me $200 refund, resulting me paying $900 for the dental cleaning! NOTE: if I never mentioned it they will not even care to revise the bill! Since that day my cat has diarrhea (never had that condition before) and I have to bring the cat AGAIN according to their instructions because the sample of the poop is not enough for testing and that way can CHARGE ME MORE!! When I asked to talk to a doctor to get an explanation the receptionist stated that she is too busy answering calls, when I ask to return my call they stated they can’t do it because they have too many clients. Additionally be prepared: 1. To receive your bills by email after several days only by your request 2. To receive Examination summary by email after several days only by your request 3. To receive Low resolution pictures of X ray that you can’t share with another vet because they are so low quality 4. To deal with The receptionist that will hang up after the call if they didn’t like hearing what you say 5. To PROACTIVELY request any information associated with your visit 6. Lack of empathy Extremely unprofessional, all about money. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEM!"

"I’m a dog trainer and when it comes to dogs health i need quality.Because of my profession I have been dealing with multiple clinics here in Naples and Harmony animal hospital they are by far impressive. You can tell about how much knowledge,experience and quality they have since you meet them but that’s not even my point. I moved a year ago and I had to find a vet for my personal dogs near us. And because I’m always looking for quality after trying few,i found one that it was actually meeting my expectations.i really like them though do not get me wrong. Anyway, My dog this morning wasn’t feeling good, I took her to her vet , the dog got diagnosed with closed pyometra.( if you don’t know how serious is that do some research)so my vet and every other clinic that I know was able to make an appointment for surgery the next day or even the next 2 days. Ladies and gentlemen harmony animal hospital took my baby immediately. I got there the clinic was packed they treated me like a priority. in 5 minutes my baby was ready to have her surgery. If is not that impressive then I don’t know what to say!"

"We recently switched from another vet to Harmony Animal Hospital to be our dogs primary vet and we could not be happier! We found them after my dog’s spay went wrong and she needed to have another surgery. They are so happy and friendly and you can tell they really care about your pet. They always call you the next day to check on your pet and see how they are doing, even if they just had shots. I highly recommend them!"
