"I called on Tuesday to see if they were accepting new patients, they stated Yes and got me in on Thursday, super fast appointment scheduling, I pre-registered online so upon arrival I checked in didn't even have time to sit they took me in right away, the entire staff with Dr Patel at Eye Care Family were amazing everyone was friendly, professional if your looking for a new place or thinking of changing from your current I Strongly recommend you check them out. First time contacts user a little nervous they were excellent to work with. My appointment didn't seem rushed they took time to thoroughly explain and answer all my questions. "This practice was referred to me by my new insurance provider so this was the first time I've used Eye Care Vision Center. I will use them from now on for all my vision care. The location was convenient to me, easily accessible with plenty of close parking. Shop is clean, staff is knowledgeable, very friendly and the diagnostic equipment seemed like it was new and state-of-the-art. Dr. Patel seemed very friendly and knowledgeable, and gave me a very comprehensive vision exam. He didn't seemed rushed and took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions about my aging eyes."
