"Had an appointment for a filling . Called up the office and spoke to Mellissa and got a price of $170 . When I arrived to my appointment Shantel had informed me the price was additional than the $170 Mellissa provided . I would double check any work you get done by Shantel as I was almost scammed hundreds of dollars . I was quoted $170 over the phone and when I show up to get the work done the price increased . If I didn’t ask to pay my invoice upfront like any other bill then I would of been hit with a additional charge after the filling had been completed. Beware of EXTRA charges on your invoice . 3 days later I received a $100 charge in the mail for not showing up to my appointment. This is how they treat their clients for showing up to their appointments. I showed up with $170 . Disappointing Experience!"

"Dr. Hawkins and her staff have been absolutely amazing! I have had the WORST experience with dentist in Bay county since moving here 6 years ago and finally feel she will be our forever dentist hopefully! Before moving here we had the same dentist my entire life and never had issues but since moving here it has been nothing but issues and terrible dentistry!! She is correcting another dentist screw up when she doesn't have to just because that's the right thing to do for the patient and that shows she is there for her patients. We are so thankful to have finally found Dr. Hawkins and her office. They are all fantastic!!! She really cares for her patients and goes the extra mile for them! I have terrible anxiety when it comes to any dental procedures just because of previous bad experiences and yesterday she had to numb my mouth. Normally I would be having to remind myself to breathe in between in my mind but honestl y I had no idea she even had started the injections. She was so gentle and her techique was impeccable! I never felt anything, not even a pinch!! She really knows what she is doing!! Super thankful and glad to have found them!!"

"Dr. Hawkins' staff scheduled cleanings for me and my husband and our 4 kids, which took the better part of the entire morning for their office. They were so kind and accommodating. The hygienists were very awesome with x-rays and cleanings and education. Dr. Hawkins is very thorough and conservative in her approach, which we really appreciate. We were all very pleased with our visit. A week after, we received the most thoughtful "thank you" note from them, signed by all the ladies in the office. Such a nice touch! They even called us a couple week's later to follow up with us. I highly recommend this practice!"
