"Getting in for an appointment will make you wait half a year for one only to have them they cancel and reschedule it. And god forbid you miss their call because they absolutely refuse to answer their phone or return calls I have reported them to my insurance since I am in dire need of dental work and can only use provider assigned by my insurance These people are lazy and not by worth a dime of money. WORST DENTAL CARE SERVICES EVER PROVIDED THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR NEEDS. You will lose your teeth before they show any concern for their business."

"This place has gotten too big for their britches! The receptionists have a bit of a chip on their shoulder, very rude and condescending. I'm 100% disabled veteran and was referred to PanCare Dental by the Veterans Administration. It took several months to get an appointment and then I had a cap replaced with one too big and did not allow me to floss correctly, I was told I had a cavity, waited another 4 months only for them to come back and tell me my referral authorization had expired and I needed to contact the VA to reschedule. Clearly they didn't like dealing with the VA because it takes them a while to process their invoice. I requested a new dental appointment at a different Dental office, they saw the terrible work done by PanCare Dental immediately and scheduled me to fix this blotched job within a month. PanCare Dental also said I have a cavity, which my new dental office can't find. Do yourself a favor, lower your stress, and avoid pancare Dental like the plague!"
